Hazardous Building materials in buildings normally include Asbestos, Lead based paints, PCB (Polychloro Biphenyl) containing electrical capacitors in light fittings and Synthetic Mineral fibres.

Hazardous Material Surveys in buildings, where a walk through survey detects suspected materials and they are sampled and tested by a NATA Accredited Laboratory. ASET has its own NATA Accredited Laboratory.

Hazardous Material Reports will include Hazardous Material Registers.

Similarly Asbestos Material Surveys will include an Asbestos Registers enabling easy identification of all such material.

Hazardous Material removal project Management is also undertaken.

Hazardous Material Clearances are also carried out at the end of the removal work.

Hazardous Materials air monitoring is also undertaken to indicate compliance for areas with such materials being present and also during renovations, demolition or removal of such materials.
